Would somebody please inform Mr. Harden, the author of that article and Editor of the Denver biz-Journal, that the ICAO code for the Denver airport is DEN, rather than DIA, and always has been, even in the days of Stapleton.
I'm sure Mr. Harden is aware of the ICAO code; however it is most often referred to as DIA for people in Denver.
Yeah, I know. Preaching my pet peeve to the choir and you would be surprised that folks think that is what it is.
