Whether it's needful or not, as with any other industry, is not the issue. Right wrong or indifferent, Pilot are probably getting all they are gonna get. ALPA is in the whole picture strong so I don't know if that is a help or hindrance. Labor cost is just a necessary evil in any industry. There is no more "GIVING ALL" for the company when all you get from the company is the shaft.
