Somewhere in the world that DC-3 is probably still flying.

Like most of the airlines, DAL got into the cargo business during the Pandemic out of need and opportunity. They used their normally passenger aircraft minus the seats to ship fairly light cargo of medical equipment, vaccines, medications and fashion good along with some car parts. As more dedicated freighters become available Delta will revert to cargo as add-ons to regular passenger service.
