United to Add Service from O'hare to 5 new Cities
United Airlines is going to add daily non-stop flight to Monterrey, Mexico, Thundery Bay, Ontario, Jackson, Mississippi, Nassau, Bahamas, and Anchorage, Alaska. All flights out of O'hare. (www.chicagotribune.com) Plus d'info...Regional Jets???? To Monterrey and Nassau??? Come on.....Thats insane....
Well, that's what they said. That is also in keeping with farming for stuff out on the RJ's. That's what their pilots are griping so much about.
I don't think they were talking about the CRJ 900 looking at the facts they said they were going to use a 66 seat plane which is what the CRJ 700 is, and I think they were talking about that one.
The old CO had ExpressJet operating 50 pax ERJ-145 RJs as COEx flights IAH-YYZ, IAH-NAS and IAH-PSP. Not my idea of a good time....
