Visalia man arrested for attempted murder after trying to shoot down plane: Police

A Visalia man has been arrested for attempted murder after he tried to shoot down a plane, according to the Tulare County Sheriff's Office. On Feb. 2, officers received a report from a local Agriculture Aviation Spraying Business that one of its planes had been struck by a bullet while in flight. As far as I am concerned this is attempted murder likely from an eco-freak. What if that bullet killed the pilot. Then you have a serous chemical hazard in a localized area. As well, this stunt had STUPID all over it. Another thoughtless human who felt their rights superseded the agricultural industry and the general food supply.

I think the complaint referred to the descriptions in the list. You don't see the widget until you open the item. It is like the Google news that refers to "Clark County" and the measles. I wonder how many Clark Counties there are in the US. I love next to one and did not realize it was not the one until I opened an item.

The pilot said the man threatened to shoot down the plane because it was scaring his cows.
The plane was spraying fertilizer.
