NTSB Preliminary Report issued for 4/2/18 fatal Collision between C150 and C525

Also, the report says that the Citation pilot didn't recall making any calls on the UNICOM (untowered field), and checked his TCAS for traffic - is this commonplace? I'm not a pilot, but I can't imagine flying a bizjet into a small rural GA airport without any radio communication whatsoever. This is 50 miles from my home.
Marion is NOT IN GA. It is just north of Indianapolis along the Mississinew River. KMZZ has a 6000ft strip.
Intended understanding was GA as in general aviation, not Georgia. Apologies for the ambiguity.
Why didn't the Citation pilot ever make a call? Straight in approaches are always bad news if its a long fast one. Some fancy AC pilots are above anyone who isn't driving one and all should be aware of there presence in the pattern. Been there found that out.
