Extremely Hard Landing at London Heathrow BA 747

I was flying on this BA747 from JFK and after a typical cloudy approach to London Heathrow we were met with an extremely hard landing, I was sitting on the Upper Deck of the Aircraft so the view isn't great but you can hear and see the impact of this landing. (www.youtube.com) Plus d'info...

Gee sorry it mussed your hair but didn't cause any problems with the AC so don't worry about it.
