This is due to a lack of military sales. Europeans don't pay for their defense because America does. Of course they see no value in buying locally made military gear if the Americans are dumb enough to build it and bring it over for free.
We have brilliant people running this country. They know it is brilliant to borrow money to give to other countries. I'm sure they all borrow money from their banker to give to their favorite charity. Lol < >
