Not an Air Force aircraft - at least not USAF. All USAF aircraft utilize the boom on the tanker to deliver fuel into a port on the recipient aircraft. USN and USMC aircraft utilize the drogue and probe system seen on the video.
Based upon the design of the canopy and refueling probe, it looked like an EA-6B Prowler. Regardless, it takes great skill by both pilots (and the boom operator when refueling USAF aircraft) to get this done.
