Yeah, and he faces up to $10,000 in fines plus jail times. Oh, and no job. Doesn't really seem worth it anymore, does it?
Guess that's not one of the perks of the job!!
Even in corporate aviation, taking anything off an airplane is a no-no. One jet charter company I worked for absolutely forbid employees from taking any items off the airplane unless it was expired. They didn't mind however if we took items from the hangar pantry.
That's just like an office cleaning crew coming thru at nite; HANDS OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When on the way to Manila from Tokyo on JAL, i went to the bathroom about an hour or so before landing to freshen up before landing. I opened up one of the drawers to find at least a hundred or so toothbrushes. Great! i can brush my teeth;) I went back into that same bathroom about 30 minutes later and all the toothbrushes had gone!! lol:) I wonder where they went.... hmmmmmm...
