Is a factory sings [sic] off key? Perhaps in the rain? Color me confused.
It's an easy error to overlook (sing vs sign) and can make for amusement. I know the Customs declaration for Cuba last time I went there at the bottom of the form said "Sing here" so I did and everyone looked around. :)
