Plaintiffs Win Round in Oregon No Fly List
PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- A federal judge ruled that people placed on the U.S. government's no-fly list have a constitutionally protected interest in traveling by air, and the right to due process when it's denied. U.S. District Judge Anna J. Brown of Portland, in an opinion released late Wednesday, rejected the government's assertion that people on the no-fly list can travel by other means, and that being on the list does not deprive them of their liberty. What a waste of space ,,,
I am now back with BOA and have nearly 75 grand in the account, I was asked to remove all clothing in Myrtle Beach after a vacation because I stayed during the week and returned before the weekend , I was told this by the TSA people! every time I fly the clerk marks my tickets with a red markers and the whole family gets felt up by TSA in a separate room. So you put your card in the pump and then you have to go in and swipe the card again.
"So you put your card in the pump and then you have to go in and swipe the card again."
The only time it has been an issue is when I ran inside to get something while the pump was still running, it got denied. Went back out, finished pumping, went back inside and worked just fine.

Yep it has happened lots of times and I immediately check my account to see if I am double charged for the purchase and it happened only once late at night which I disputed online and it still took three weeks to be reversed. So now unless I am alone someone is in the station with the card at all stations.
I will agree to an extent that some reasoning as to why a person is on the no-fly list should be given. Only if that reason is not classified, and has been determined by an independent board or panel.
Right now we have panels or boards who determine what information can be declassified, and what must remain under guard. I see no reason the same could not be held in the cases of questions about the no-fly list.
Is it really a constitutionally protected interest to be able to fly by air? No one is saying you cannot go where you please, they just insist not by certain modes.

No, there is no right to fly, but I think the judge is saying that it violates our rights to due process, as in there is no due process with the No Fly list.
