What's going on with CKS247 (Kalitta air 247)?
The 744 is supposed to go from KCVG to EDDP but has been circling KCVG at 11,000ft. I usually track this flight as it passes right over my house. (flightaware.com) Plus d'info...

I just listened to liveatc.net for this flight and there was a stall/surge problem on the #1 engine leading to a shutdown of the #1 engine, followed by 25 minutes of fuel dumping before an emergency landing at the origin airport.
Which would explain the new raw data coming in indicating a 2nd t/o at 1635 CVG Tracon
Burning and or dumping for a return to CVG??
