Signature again proved their only motivation is selling fuel.
Their customer service is terrible . Their pilot support is terrible.

The facilities are very nice and well designed. PAX went to the JetLinx lounge, so they didn't interact with Signature much. Service was mediocre. catering had some issues which could not be resolved. If nothing else, WATCH THE LINE TECHS: One fueler let the nozzle hang on our fuel filler neck which could cause SERIOUS damage to the filler neck and cap assembly. Also, GPU was hooked up / connected and power was run to the aircraft WHILE THERE WERE TWO FUELERS CURRENTLY FUELING. SHOULD NOT have hooked up power and run it while fueling was being conducted... line training needs to be improved. Cessna Citation II |
