Antonov An-124 Ruslan (RA-82046) - Taken in the spring of last year, this beastly Antonov-124 rotates off of runway 28 bound for Anchorage. When I still lived there, AN124s would come to BWI usually once every couple of weeks or every month. It was hard to get any reliable information on arrival or departure times, so I was thrilled when I was able to capture the departure of one!

First saw one of these in 2007 at Al Asad air base and thought how amazing that they keep the fleet of 124 going strong. 14 years later it is and still boring holes in the sky!
