June 13, 2022, this aircraft reportedly lost power on its right engine during a local flight from Rocky Mountain Metro Airport, Denver, Colorado and subsequently forced landed on a fairway at the Fox Hollow Golf Course, near Lakewood, Colorado. The aircraft came to rest with its nose undercarriage collapsed. The accident happened in daylight (0725L) and in VMC. No reported injuries.
