The red lighting in the windows of the GSR are the reflections of the sky as the sun has already gone down below the Sierra Nevada range. I have brightened up the picture somewhat here ... because the sun had already gone down the actual lighting conditions were darker than seen here so I bumped the ISO setting a little higher and then took a set of handheld shots with the shutter speed slowed to 1/10th of a second. As I had anticipated, due to the fact that I was handholding the camera and panning along with "Aley" while using such a slow shutter, many of the pics were trash ... and that is where I sent them when I viewed them later at home. But a dozen or so captured the FDX freighter clearly. All those various multicolor lights in the background tend to "disguise" the Fed Ex bird in the foreground but "Aley" is visible.

Top effort. Fantastic equipment these days at our disposal where you can try this type of shot without the expense of film being wasted and if even only one is successful it's a successful shoot. Well done.
