Boeing CH-47 Chinook (9000200) - A CH-47 Chinook, painted to resemble Nevada Army Air Guard Chinook 90-00200 (Call: "Mustang Two Two"), as it looked on 25 Sep 2005, is mounted on sticks and on display at the NevArmy AG Base at KRTS.br /This static display will be dedicated one week from today, on 25 Sep 2024, exactly 19 years to the day that the real "Mustang Two Two" (90-00200) made its Final Descent while leading a military sortie in Afghanistan. "Mustang Two Two' was hit by an RPG and went down in Zabul Province, Afghanistan.
