McDonnell Douglas DC-10 (N304FE) - This morning snap catches Fed Exs DC-10 "Claire" (N304FE) a heartbeat away from touching down on Reno Tahoe Internationals only open runway (34L-16R) to complete a morning flight from KMEM. In the background, two of the aircraft (Southwests N7718B and UPSs N171UP) in a three-plane departure queue wait for Claire to land.

This one is a very nice scene Gary, a full 5*s from me. At first glance (to me) it actually looked the FDX is rotating away, because of the taxiway that is parallel to the runway, but then I realized that is the taxiway lol. Great Shot!

Mark, it IS a bit confusing because this shot was taken from quite far down the runway and on the east side of it. The DC-10 is much closer to my position than the birds in the queue are.
The FDX 10 is landing on runway 34L. The parallel runway 34R was closed, as was runway 7-25. At KRNO, taxiway Alpha, taxiway Bravo, runway 34L-16R, runway 34R-16L, and taxiway Charlie are all parallel and in this pic, you are seeing the three that are the farthest away from my position: runway 34L, then (beyond it) taxiway Bravo with the SW on it, and then (farthest away) taxiway Alpha with the UPS heavy. It is the "viewing angle perspective" that created the initial confusion for you when you first viewed this pic. Perfectly understandable.
This shot was snapped on December 23rd. The FDX tri landed at 7:52 AM, the SW departed at 7:54 AM, and the UPS Bus tucked its wheels into the wells at 7:56 AM.

Nicely done, Gary!
