Boeing Longbow Apache (02-9027)
One of a flight of four AH-64 Apaches being marshalled to a parking position on the Atlantic Aviation ramp. One had arrived earlier in the day and three came in during this photo sequence.

Shouldn't get much closer to one of these when it is manned and moving unless a) you're IN it, b) you're being targeted BY it, or c) you can run REALLY fast. And this click was taken as it had already passed within feet of me and was turning and moving away. In the earlier pic sequences, it and two more just like it were moving directly toward me. And looking thru the viewfinder of a camera as three Army AH-64 Apaches are coming at you makes you know you are even more defenseless than a duck in a shooting gallery so you just may as well keep snapping the shutter 'cause there's nowhere to run and even less time than no time to get there.
