From Google Earth view, looking at the rubber on the runway, it would appear that rwy 29 is never (or very seldom) used, and rwy 11 is always (most often) the active.

Yes because RWY11 is our primary Runway. And RWY 29 is only in use when the wind direction come from the west of the island. Is not that often in use.
