Certainly this is a modern Zepplin. The construction is not like the WW1 Zepplin which had an air-frame. The strength and rigidity of this craft is imparted via the skin of the envelope being pressurised and maintained by ballonnets which control both the envelope pressure and the density of the helium density for buoyancy control.
Though not as extensive as the original Zeppelins, this one does in fact have an internal structure made of carbon fiber and aluminum
