Lonnie Penner - What you see as Jumper#2's ripcord is actually Jumper#1's static line. No imminent danger to Jumper 2.
Looks like a wing-mounted GoPro camera or equivalent, nicely done!
Ça a l'air de rien.. il faut du courage pour sortir un appareil photo et prendre la photo à ce moment là. Bien calculer.!
