Boeing 737-800 (N8674B) - On final is this 2015 Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-8H4 in the Spring of 2021. I'm spotting at nearby Ft. Mifflin with this flag representing the Continental Navy Jack that the soldiers used as they defended this area of Philadelphia and the Delaware River from the British forces in 1777. Around the same period in history Betsy Ross would be making our original flag with the Red, White and Blue Stars and Stripes.
