Dassault Falcon 900 (N59DF)
On final is this 1990 Dassault-Breguet-Mystere-Falcon 900 in the Winter of 2019.

Does anyone know what that image is on the tail? Appears to be a bird, maybe a raven and a drawing of antlers with an outline of the face of a deer...

I think you solved the mystery for me. I took another look at it and this time my brain processed the elk and it just popped out to me! Thanks for the nice comment on the photo too.
