Why are the cones lying down?

I do it all the time. Lay the cones down on their sides, snap my pics, and put them back up. Takes less than 30 seconds and it is far, far easier than having to edit them out (which requires more effort AND more time) because they are obstructing the aircraft. I've never had anyone object (but I always make certain to put them back up). What's the worst that could happen anyway ... someone calls out, "Hey, you, put those back up!" ... and I say, "OK, sorry." And walk off with great pics. In fact, I've sometimes moved them completely away, taken my shots, and then put them back (but I only do THAT if someone in charge is right there and I've asked and received permission). A couple times I was told I could not move them away ... but ... I could lay them down.
I am guessing that Alien (Tom V) laid them down himself. Right, T.? (Thumbs up)

Alien, these are based at Beale. That fact alone gives a great clue about the R & B colors. Their Black Talons are the same scheme.
