Cessna Skyhawk (N589D) - This is a home-built, scaled down version of the WW-I fighter, photographed as it took off from the Sedona, AZ airport, June 1990. On 10/07/2002, it sustained "Substantial" damage on take-off. From the report: "Acft on take-off, veered off the left side of rwy into a ditch, Sedona, AZ." There were no injuries.
