de Havilland Dash 8-100 (84-0048) - One of two USAF E-9A Widgets shooting approaches into TLH. Widget 48 is on short final for 27 here. The USAF E-9As are assigned to the 82nd Aeriel Targets Squadron in Tyndall and are used as a surveillance platform to ensure the Gulf of Mexico waters are clear of civilian boaters and aircraft during live missile launches.
