De Havilland Canada DHC-2 Mk.I Beaver C-GZBR with Ignace Airways at Ignace Seaplane CJD9 on Agimak Lake in Ignace, Ontario on 10 Jun 23. Aircraft dates from 1957 and was originally with the US Army from 1958. She returned to Canada in 1978 and has flown with Ignace Airways – the seaplane charter service of Ignace Outposts – in Northwestern Ontario since 1988.

Love the Beaver! What a great aircraft. Opened the Canadian North. Just beautiful.
Brings back so many fond memories of fly in hunting trips with my father with the Theriaults out of Foleyet ON. Theirs were blue & white at the time from what I recall.
