Gulfstream Aerospace Gulfstream IV (N1) - "Spirit of America" N1 taxis to park at Central Flying Service, bringing some FEMA leadership in response to the EF4 tornado that ripped across central Arkansas the day before. The FEMA Administrator would arrive later in the week on a USCG C-37.

Never noticed the N number on these Government Gulfstreams. N1, that's pretty high in the pecking order behind AF1 I'd say!
