Cessna Skyhawk (N1568N) - According to the FA page for N1568N, it was last seen near New Castle, PA on Tuesday 6-26-2018, 10:16 EDT. There is no other flight history. Yet here it is, clearly, in Kerrville, Texas, flying over my private property repeatedly, and low, around my house--no doubt looking for deer! He was flying off the radar, and was NOT on ERV's flight page or on FA, but the plane has had a Kerrville owner since 2011. I'm very curious as to how this could happen. 8-2-20, 19:47.
