Pilot to passengers over the intercom" If you will look out of the port windows ,you will notice that we beat that pesky Southwest 737 still on the ground" " So continue to fly SAS and get the jump over your competition".

Thumbs up for SAS. A colleague was flying to Stockholm and asked whether he would mind to move to another row to have a couple seated together. When he obliged he was served Champaign. When my wife and I were placed in different rows on an Air France flight they bluntly refused in a very rude and arrogant way, despite my wife informing them that I am vision impaired and required assistance.
