NNN- No 'N' Number. Can it fly IFR too?

It is licensed as an E-A/B, so it will depend on how the owner built it.

I was fortunate to be able to watch an old Cierva C30 autogyro in the early 60s and since then I have been interested in the concept. Cool machine and great photo.
