Sweet looking plane
A great aircraft, considering that it was built in the 1950's already.
Nice pic! MiG15 and MiG17 very intelligently designed for the Korean battlefield. Only made possible by the UK socialist gvt in 1946 sending 40 Rolls-Royce Nene centrifugal flow turbojet engines to the USSR to copy. The American F86 is generations more sophisticated, overall a better a/c.
Interesting photo. Mains configured, augmenter initiated, nose gear in the well. Don't see that much. Great catch Patrick!
