this a flyover the stadium before kickoff? usually they don't allow aircraft near stadiums per TFRs
Correct, before kickoff. Both companies had to get waivers to fly in that restricted area.

This is a photo of the Liberty Bowl in Memphis TN and shows the 777 fly around just after the National Anthem before the 2016 Auto Zone Liberty Bowl Classic.

With a little more resolution, I'd be able to see myself looking up in awe after I walked in the south entrance. Great fly-around! Amazing.
