Soumis

Who doesn’t love a starry night… Hawaiian Airlines today welcomed home its first Airbus A330 aircraft featuring fully lie-flat seating in a spacious Premium Cabin that surrounds guests with modern, luxurious island-inspired designs and even a twinkling constellation paying homage to the history of Polynesian navigation. Why complain? First class travel has always been the top of the line, and you pay for it. If you want the best in travel, be prepared to pay for it. If you don't want to pay, why complain?

Whether a tad too much okolehao or an early start to the Hawaiian honeymoon, these hide-a-beds have much to recommend them.

Not so sure I see a benefit. Most of Hawaiian long haul flights are only in the 5-6 hour range. Not really worth the time and effort to even take a nap in those fancy bed/seats. Going to Australia, japan maybe but not the flights to the west coast which is where the majority of there flights go.

Its look like a 2-2-2 confirmation, the same as the new business class seats from the KLM, and on social media, everybody is furious too the KLM, a lot of negative comment. By American 1-2-1 seats, everybody have a acces too the gangway. Not good work Hawaiian, lissen too jouw customers = marketing.

then don't fly, pay more for an upgraded seat, or go to a competitor with better seating.

When flying for personal travel, I tend towards other airlines that have a bit more legroom, but that's getting harder and harder to find. Unfortunately, for business travel, I am required to fly coach, so no joy there. I really don't have a choice in not flying, since it takes a lot longer to get across the ocean in a boat, more time than I have leave. Like many pax, I'm not asking for business class or first class seating at cattle class prices, what I am asking for is at least enough room so that my knees are not hitting the seat in front me.
