In my book that's ok for non scheduled no reason inspections. But for regular inspections and inspection wanted due to a concern it's best to do hands on inspections. Lighting of pictures and not having a true 3D type of perception from moving around inspection sites could miss some aircraft skin and leakage problems. Just convert the drone into a hover around watching baggage loaders to display in the aircraft on the movie screen while bussing around showing passengers the plane. $5 extra you can have the drone take your picture while looking out of the plane with the picture emailed to wherever you like.
