D-ABIM —
Condor Boeing 727-30 waiting for Service in Frankfurt in 1965. Scanned from one of the last diapositive of my grandpa. 727 caught in fire in 1966 in Frankfurt during refilling the tanks.The quality is not the best but it is the one and only colour picture of this jet on FA..

I love this shot. The 727 is my ultra-favorite tri and I enjoy seeing any pic that shows one. And in THIS pic, there are at least three, and perhaps a fourth one way back in the left (or is that one a Trident?).

Very nice picture! Although the date needs to be revised (note the 737 delivered in feb of 68 and the larger condor emblem on tail). What a History this plane had flying 40 plus years.
Those other aircraft are Lufthansa aircraft Dan.
