No problem here can see it getting worse about the time the AC starts its takeoff roll and the pilot has to abort with the kid loose and screeming at the top of its lungs.
They did the right thing just because you the poster and the person filming think you are the entitled ones to make a call on things means nothing.

After looking at the video, I think that the FA was very respectful, very low-key, avoided a shooting contest or escalation of tempers and acted very professionally. Good call by the Captain to return to the gate to have the family removed for not being able to keep their child seated prior to takeoff. Gate agent was also acting very professionally. Well done by all!

If you don’t comply, you don’t fly! Get over it.
