Reward them with better training assistance, pay them a living wage and lessen the impact of the ATP hurdle caused by two tired and, frankly, inept Colgan Air flight crew members, and they will come out of the wood work!

IMHO, the allure of an aviation career hasn't totally collapsed, just supplanted by the reality of the requirement for the equivalent of an MD degree to be paid for on less than NYC cabbie wages.

Since ticket to fly prices now seem to be the nexus of Wally World shoppers the C-suite boys apparently have built their own conundrum.
