LOL... that is pretty nice of them.. I just hate it when someone cannot pick up their luggage in time.
Aren't bags checked through to destination? Should article read so baggage handlers can move bags to the connecting flight rather than saying so people can get their bags? That's why taking only 22" carry on for 3 weeks in Europe - everything is mix/match and wash/wear.
I've noticed that someone didn't have the discernment to understand the question, what can I do?
