Looming pilot shortage shows first signs

I don't care who you are, money will solve a lot of problems. I hired 5 young guns last year, each having been with others, having 5000+hours and ATP's at about $50k annual plus bennies (all are on a step plan for raises and are well up there now). All are assigned planes but all are typed on King Air 90gti, CRJ200, and a 767. We had miles of applicants. Point is, people got to live and be unworried and be treated like human beings rather than expendable pawns. By doing that you have people that look after stuff like it was their own, whether they are in Hong Kong or Hannibal.
