Boeing Trade-Case Win Prompts New Trump Threat of EU Sanctions

What's the fundamental difference between the subsidies Airbus gets and the tax break subsidies that Boeing gets (Boeing has paid zero in federal taxes many years running now)?

I really am curious if this is a matter of semantics and the court didn't get it, or there really is some difference in how it works that makes one significantly better than the other?

So 'subsidy to develop new airplanes' is illegal?

Doesn't that mean then that any type of 'research and development' tax incentives are illegal?
Including the trillions of dollars that governments sink into developing jet fighters?

Looks to me that's it's time to investigate parties on both sides to see who's receiving kickbacks from making such ridiculous statements.

Lets look at all the NTSB and Pentagon subsidies, let alone the cronyism of the Refuelling tanker scenario.....

Watch the orders from IAG, Lufthansa and others disappear..... And while they are at it, give Apple, google and microsoft a black eye.....

There was no treaty with Iran. This "agreement" was not submitted to Congress and the Persians did not even sign it. It had no enforcement clauses or penalties for violations if they could be detected. It was basically a side deal of the Obama Administration, the Europeans and Iran with $150 Billion thrown in.

An otherwise good article is ruined by this type of inaccuracy.
