My recent pay increase was about 1.4%. I would LOVE to see an increase of 5%. I think they ask too much.
With inflation nearly nil, and the airline lost HK$365 million last year and the minions are not happy with 2%? Time for new minions.
They're starting to act like us Americans - god help us if anyone starts international unions...
Fire some of them and I guarantee they will stop whining about 5%.
