FR24.com do track aircraft using MLAT and ADSL
My opinion on this is thus. They make such a big deal over "Loose Tweets" that if it were really that big of an issue the scope of secrecy would be a lot wider than just tweets. Is this something that IS can actually utilize? That would assume that they have the capability to shoot down high altitude targets, which to my knowledge, they don't. They just like to blow up ground targets such as ruins and mosques. Everything that I have seen FlightRadar24 track are in essence non-combatant targets such as transports and tankers. I have yet to see an F-16 or similar armed aircraft tracked.
It is though, an interesting topic. It's almost as if someone is saying " Who cares about tweets, I still see you~!" and it isn't really that true. You really don't see us. When you see a B-2 tracked on FlightRadar, then we have something to talk about.

No expert here, but the thought occurs to me to ask, military aircraft don't have ADS-B onboard, so FR24 would not pick them up. What do you think?
Excuse me but I have fr24.com which I can track these military jets if you have a good ADSL radar box I use on called mode beast for both fr24.com & FLIGHTAWARE
At least some do, and use it in the US. Some send Mode-S with position data, others do not.
I don't know about FR24. Check into PlanePlotter (http://www.coaa.co.uk/planeplotter.htm), they frequently track mil aircraft via MLAT. FA is rolling out the same technology.
It occurs to me that the military equivalent of the QRH would have a line item ADS-B mode S OFF. They probably have it on for a reason, you can debate whether good or bad reasoning. With the advent of multilateration (MLAT) from a variety of sources, tracking can be done without Mode S. Is this something that ISIS etal can utilize? If so, does that mean that supplying data for MLAT could fall into 'giving aid and comfort to the enemy' category?
