Delta Is Now Sanitizing Every Flight
Delta is now sanitizing every flight as of this week using electrostatic sprayers at all Delta airport, it is part of their new clean standard. I do believe this has been going on for at least a month or more..i have seen stories on it and interviews with upper level management regarding this process..
I dont understand why this and face-masks are not the mandated minimum standard for all commercial aircraft operating in the USA. After all, they are in the New York subway!
Old folks can reminisce about how Varig used to spray insecticide in the passenger cabin before landing.
Took them til May for mandated masks and cleaning their planes after every flight. They were begging for taxpayer money almost immediately. Funny that....
Give them a break! They have been doing wipe downs. It takes a little while to purchase and distribute the things to get to the place where they can say they are fogging every flight.
