America: Once the bastion of getting things done has become a sad image of its former self. No project large or small can withstand the scrutiny of a small group of small-minded but extremely vocal agitators and environmentalists whose political enablers are always too quick to take cover from. You want to get something done, look to China.
$2 billion dollars for 1.5 miles! Absolutely insane!
Seems politically motivated.....
LGA needs this SO BAD! Damn the cost, it's better for the city, and travelers.
Getting to LGA is terrible. This would be a tremendous boost.
The cost is $252,000 per foot!
