LGA needs this SO BAD! Damn the cost, it's better for the city, and travelers.
Getting to LGA is terrible. This would be a tremendous boost.
America: Once the bastion of getting things done has become a sad image of its former self. No project large or small can withstand the scrutiny of a small group of small-minded but extremely vocal agitators and environmentalists whose political enablers are always too quick to take cover from. You want to get something done, look to China.
The cost is $252,000 per foot!
