The Royal Malaysian Air Force has accepted its second Airbus Defence & Space A400M tactical transport during a ceremony in Kuala Lumpur.

The aircraft has been in Malaysia since arriving on 29 December 2015 after a delivery flight from Seville, Spain, says the air force. It is the second of four A400Ms destined for use with the service.

Flightglobal’s Fleets Analyzer database shows that Kuala Lumpur ordered four A400Ms in 2005, and that the first example was delivered in March 2015. Malaysia is expected to receive its remaining two examples later this year.
