Hey, An Osprey thats actually flying....! I can remember my father's comments (he was a Naval Aviator 22yrs) he despised that platform during development "That planes killing waaay too many good aviators..." IDK if operationally its now considered a success- or is still problematic as it certainly was back then. IDK as an avionics engineer (I dont do air frames and have been out of powerplants since the F-22 Engine development at PW many moons ago...)- this just seems to be a mechanical nightmare. For our troop's sakes I certainly hope its panning out ok, and a distant second to our people's lives, as a taxpayer hope its proving a decent investment.
People with contemporary , first hand knowledge care to comment ?

When I was in the Marine Corps They were killing to many good people. They were crashing like misquotes flying in to a bug zapper at the rural dairy queen order window. It is nice to see they have fixes that!
